Since graduating from the Hunter DPT program, Svetlana has been working in an outpatient physical therapy setting. She is passionate about learning and dedicated to helping people heal. With a deepening understanding of the connection between body, mind, and soul, Svetlana incorporates manual therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, visceral mobilization, and somato-emotional release into her treatments to address the root causes of issues rather than just the symptoms.

She has received extensive training from reputable institutions including the IPA, Barral Institute, Upledger Institute, Manipulation Institutes, and the Postural Restoration Institute. Svetlana believes she learns something new every day from her patients.

Svetlana has been privileged to collaborate with a remarkable team of neurologists and a cardiologist at Advanced Medical Care PLLC. This experience has deepened her knowledge of various neurological conditions—both chronic and acute—and highlighted the importance of combining multiple approaches to achieve shared goals.

She is grateful for every opportunity to guide her patients on a journey of the heart, helping them find balance, peace, and love as they move toward a brighter future.

Sarah has been a licensed New York State Massage Therapist since 2002. She graduated from the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences with a degree in Massage Therapy and has dedicated over two decades to helping clients restore balance, relieve pain, and support their overall well-being.

Her training and experience span a wide range of modalities, including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Medical Massage, Oncology support, and Sports Massage. Over the years, she has practiced in diverse settings—volunteering at non-profit organizations, assisting medical caregivers, and working with sports clubs, medical spas, wellness centers, as well as chiropractic and physical therapy clinics.

Committed to lifelong learning, Sarah continually expands her expertise through advanced continuing education. She has studied Medical Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Aromatherapy, Prenatal and Postpartum Care, Infant Massage (with certification to teach parents), Massage Cupping, Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, Biomagnetic Adjustment Therapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Visceral Manipulation.

In her treatments, Sarah enjoys blending Eastern and Western modalities, creating a thoughtful, individualized approach that nurtures both body and mind.

Elvira is Certified in Mastery of Swedish Massage bodywork and Lymph Drainage, Elvira has over 25 years of experience in body treatments using scrapping tools, cupping and variety of modalities to enhance patients’ experiences for achieving long lasting results with myofascial release, deep tissue release and whole body relaxation.

Elvira believes that as stress and anxiety become pervasive in the modern lifestyle, the artful strokes during therapy session act as balm that soothes the nervous system and fosters a sense of calm. The ancient art of treatment remains a beacon of serenity, signaling the patients to pause, breathe and embrace the propound benefits the massage bestows upon both body and soul.

Elvira is detail oriented and passionate about her work believing in the beauty inside and out.

Alex have achieved MD in internal/rehabilitation medicine in Europe and practiced for over 14 years in the clinical setting working with professional athletes with acute and chronic conditions as well as with patients with a spectrum of neuromuscular dysfunctions using PNF, Mulligan manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation to achieve rehabilitations goals.

Alex have also been trained and certified with Shock Wave Therapy in Storz Medical Center, and have successfully applied this non invasive regenerative method in the patient population with chronic conditions including and not limited to myofascial dysfunction, OA, overused/soft tissue injuries and with a variety of orthopedic/neurological conditions associated with spine and decreased mobility/function/pain.

Alex believes that desired results can be achieved in the most comfortable manner with accent on progress rather than painful application of techniques.

Carla brings over 20 years of expertise to her massage therapy practice. A graduate of the Swedish Institute in New York City with a perfect 4.0 GPA, Carla’s background as a classical dancer gives her a deep understanding of body mechanics, pain, and injuries from personal experience.

Her sessions combine deep tissue techniques, slow myofascial release, and gentle stretching, creating treatments that are both relaxing and effective. Carla fosters open communication with her clients to tailor each session to their specific needs and goals. Clients often leave feeling lighter, more relaxed, and with reduced pain.

In addition to her manual therapy skills, Carla offers valuable guidance on exercise and lifestyle, emphasizing the powerful connection between mind and body to promote overall health and well-being.
